Since its inception in 1999, The Pool Shower, Inc., has been devoted to designing and manufacturing outdoor stainless steel showers. The idea of our shower units evolved from a need to provide a pool shower that was durable and attractive, but could also meet newly revised health code requirements in public pool areas.
With over 50 years of combined experience as Plumbing Contractors for large commercial facilities in the Atlanta area, the owners of The Pool Shower, Inc., searched for a shower unit that was specified by architects and engineers for several upscale hotels. After an extensive search they gave up and designed their own. Others in the construction industry had also faced the dilemma of finding attractive and durable pool showers, and were impressed with the design and quality of our showers.
It soon became apparent that there was a great need for these shower units. After researching the design, materials, and dimensions in order for the product to be ADA compliant and meet Health Code requirements, additional models were designed and our showers were patented.
The Pool Shower is constructed from quality 304 stainless steel which makes it resilient in harsh environments. Accessories have been added to the units according to the needs of the customers and requirements mandated by state codes. ADA compliant features are available for public and commercial facilities, and standard valves are available in order to make our products more affordable for residential use. A foot shower, hose bibb, and drinking fountain have been available since the conception of our shower units.
As the need for additional accessories and features has been expressed by our customers, we have designed new and upgraded models. In the summer of 2005 units with hot & cold water and an electronic valve were added to our line of products. This led to our popular "Deluxe" line of wall mounted and free standing units that are available with a hand held sprayer and stainless steel hose.
The Pool Shower, Inc., has a strong desire to provide customers with the highest quality product available, and is committed to excellent performance and reliability. The assembly, production, and shipment of each shower is supervised at our manufacturing facilities in Marietta and Dallas, Georgia.
As the need for outdoor showers has become both a luxury and a necessity, The Pool Shower, Inc., has gained worldwide popularity. Our showers are now installed in prestigious facilities throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Mexico, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.
We are pleased that The Pool Shower has become the outdoor shower specified by many architects and engineers for hotels, resorts, condominiums, country clubs, apartment complexes, water parks, cruise ships, recreational facilities, and homeowners.
